A complete and versatile set With this great 30 kg plastic dumbbell set you can enhance your workouts. For light loads, simply use the bars with their moderate weight of 2.5 kilograms. You can then increase your performance step by step by adding weights little by little. This way you can build muscle without overloading your joints. This set offers many exercise possibilities that will allow you to strengthen your arms, chest and legs. Designed with high-quality materials, this dumbbell set will accompany you at home for many years. The weight plates are covered with robust plastic, which protects the floor when you put the weights down. They fit bars with a 30 millimetre diameter and can also serve as a complement to your long bars or curl bar. To secure the plates, the star-shaped tightening screws are very practical and easy to use. Thanks to the knurled parts of the bars, the grip will be excellent and will prevent the dumbbells from slipping out of your hands, even in case of heavy sweating.
