The ropes are made of braided polypropylene, offering a good balance of lightness and durability. The tight braid ensures a smooth, glossy surface that reduces wear during friction and rapid handling.
Each rope measures 9 metres, the standard length for most rhythmic gymnastics exercises. This size allows for wide movements, jumps and controlled wraps, suitable for both training and choreographed routines.
