The Gyronetics bench offers a sturdy metal frame with a plate acceptance diameter of 25 mm (compatible with plates ≥26 mm) and high load capacity. Its design targets durability for intensive weight training, cross training and weightlifting.
The backrest is adjustable to three incline positions and features thick padding for comfortable support during sets. Foam pads on the thigh supports improve comfort during quadriceps and leg extension exercises.
This bench integrates a bar holder for bench press and a leg extension module to work the quadriceps, while allowing butterfly exercises with dumbbells and the military press. It replaces several pieces of equipment and facilitates a complete home training programme.
The bench folds compactly for simplified storage (folded dimensions: 37 x 55 x 172 cm). Lightweight and designed for domestic use, it can be stored easily to optimise available space.
