Designed for moving faster and lighter across all terrains, the MTN Trainer Lite Mid also performs well on rock. Its extremely durable yet lightweight TPU-coated upper features suede inserts for added stability and combines with a GORE-TEX® lining for enhanced comfort, offering lasting waterproof protection without sacrificing breathability. The unique shape of this mid-cut hiking shoe includes our patented 3F system, which connects the midfoot, sole, and heel to ensure comfort, flexibility, and foot support. Not to mention the EVA midsole that absorbs shocks for lasting rebound. For added stability and protection, it has a flexible ankle collar, a heel stabilizer, and a rubber toe cap. Overall, your foot enjoys good freedom of movement while being well supported. Climbing laces extending to the toes allow for precise adjustment for greater accuracy on technical terrain. Underfoot, the outsole provides reliable grip thanks to the Pomoca compound and deep lug and groove pattern, as well as versatility to handle a wide range of terrains, from mud to grass to rock, ice, and snow.
