The Inspire M1 Multi-Gym (M102) takes your home training to a whole new level. Unlike conventional fitness equipment, the M1 is entirely based on cable exercises, offering you complete freedom of movement. With 6 independent cable pulleys (ratio 1:2), the M1 enables iso-lateral training, where both sides of the body work equally hard. This promotes balanced muscle development, improves mobility, and enhances coordination.

Low pulleys: Perfect for shoulder press, bicep curls, and lateral raises. Combine the pulleys with the adjustable bench to effectively train your quadriceps and hamstrings.
Mid pulleys: Ideal for chest exercises in flat, incline, and decline positions. Perform pec flys from different angles and easily replace the fixed press arm.
High pulleys: Ideal for lat pulldowns, abdominal crunches, triceps pushdowns, and biceps exercises. Use the cross handles for targeted shoulder training.
