The THERA-BAND is made from 100% rubber latex of high quality, ensuring elasticity, durability and comfortable use. The material provides progressive resistance and a reliable elastic return for repeated sets.
Each roll measures 550 cm long and has a width of approximately 12.8 cm, offering sufficient length for a wide variety of exercises and attachments. Its compact, lightweight design makes it easy to carry and integrate into mobile rehabilitation or training programmes.
The THERA-BAND system uses a colour coding to identify resistance levels: beige/yellow suitable for rehabilitation and seniors, red/green for female users, green/blue for male users, black for highly trained athletes and silver/gold for elite athletes. This coding facilitates progression and tracking of capabilities.
Designed for rehabilitation, functional training and muscle strengthening, the band helps improve strength, agility and flexibility. Its exercises are recognised and used in physiotherapy for recovery after injury and to optimise sports performance.
Simple care with water or a disinfectant spray to preserve hygiene and the longevity of the latex without altering its elastic properties.
