The THERA-BAND is made from 100% rubber latex of high quality, ensuring elasticity, durability and comfortable use. The material provides progressive resistance and a reliable elastic return for repeated sets.

The THERA-BAND system uses a colour coding to identify resistance levels: beige/yellow suitable for rehabilitation and seniors, red/green for female users, green/blue for male users, black for highly trained athletes and silver/gold for elite athletes.
