The curved carabiner Ortles is our sturdy carabiner for sport and alpine climbing featuring a curved gate. It is designed to guide the rope into the carabiner more easily for better control and smoother clipping. Its impeccably ergonomic design includes a thumb grip area and a rounded Keylock nose to prevent snagging, along with a large solid opening for optimal handling during clipping and unclipping. The aluminium construction with optimised shape ensures ideal material usage, saving weight and resources, while the large rope contact area offers increased durability.
