The VirtuFit Pull-Up Bar / Pull Up Bar Deluxe has multiple grip positions allowing you to train many different muscle groups. A pull-up with a wide grip is interesting if you want to train your shoulders. A pull-up with a narrow grip will target your biceps more. The chin-up, with a narrow underhand grip, is also a fantastic exercise for your biceps. Combine the different exercises to train your arms, chest, shoulders, back, and abdominal muscles.

Use This multifunctional pull-up bar is not screwed in but clamped into the door frame, above the frame. The design of the bar ensures that a large part of the load is converted into horizontal pressure against the wall, so you are not hanging with your full weight on your door frame. Attaching and removing takes only a few seconds.

This pull-up bar can support up to 120 kg and is suitable for door openings from 78 to 90 cm wide.

The pull-up bar is delivered including mounting material. However, with most frames, it is also possible to use the pull-up bar without attaching it with the mounting material. For maximum safety, we recommend using the mounting material.
