Designed for performance and safety, the Olympic Decline Bench Titan is your ally for targeting the lower pectoral fascicles and varying your workouts. Its S235 steel frame is welded then epoxy powder-coated to resist friction, sweat and time. Wide feet with non-slip glides ensure a solid base, even when the bar is loaded. In terms of comfort, the high-density saddlery holds your shoulder blades in place without sinking. Leg rollers (dense foam, vinyl-coated) adjust in a single movement to lock in your pelvis and protect your lower back. The 3-height bar supports make it easy to get in and out of the machine according to your morphology, and the integrated disc holders keep your 50 mm discs within easy reach. Set up the bench on a level floor (ideally 10-20 mm rubber) and remember to tighten your clamps: you've got all the makings of a pro set, at home or in the studio.
