The Platinum PRO Sprinter Bike does not require an external power supply, does not function as an ergometer and is continuously adjustable via mechanical resistance on the 22 kg flywheel. A display is available as an option, on which you can read your performance data and which also shows your heart rate with an optional 5.4 kHz chest strap.
