With the adjustable pull-up bar for the door frame without drilling, you bring a real gym into your home – stable, versatile and with no installation effort. This high-quality pull up bar is designed to make your daily training more efficient, safe and ergonomic, whether you do pull-ups, holds, core workouts or calisthenics. The bar is simply hooked into the door frame, without drilling, screws or tools. Thanks to its innovative triangular design and the stepless adjustable depth between 15 and 43 cm, it adapts perfectly to your door frame, your height and your style of training. This way you always train with an ideal range of motion and have enough space for clean, full pull-ups. The pull-up bar is made of thick-walled, multi-layer steel tubing with a powder-coated surface and hardened steel core. This combination ensures exceptional stability and a maximum load capacity of up to 150 kg. The integrated triangle design further reinforces the structure and distributes the force evenly over several contact points. As a result, the bar stays absolutely secure and wobble-free in the frame, even during intense workouts. The rubber end caps reliably protect your door frame from scratches, pressure marks and damage. Thanks to the even force distribution, there are no point loads – ideal for daily use in your home gym. Unlike conventional door bars, this pull-up bar hangs higher. That means you can fully hang without bending your legs. The higher position not only gives you a freer feeling of movement but also improves your posture during training. The stepless adjustable depth (15–43 cm) allows you to set the bar perfectly to your frame and your height. This gives you optimal training ergonomics in every exercise, whether you are just starting out or already train regularly. The bar offers numerous grip options for varied and targeted workouts: wide grip for upper back and lats, parallel grip for shoulders and arms, close grip and chin-up grip for biceps and core, plus integrated curl grips for additional variations. This versatility makes the bar an ideal partner for functional training, calisthenics, strength building and core stability. Thanks to the robust construction, you can fully focus on your technique – without wobbling or slipping. The grip pads are made of durable rubber, not simple foam that wears out quickly. The rubber ensures optimal grip even in sweaty sessions and remains long-lasting, hygienic and shape-stable. This way, the bar feels comfortable in your hands and still offers the same secure hold after years of use. All contact points are covered with non-slip material, providing extra protection and comfort. You can perform intense pull-ups, holds or ab exercises without stressing your hands or your door frame. The system works completely without screws or drilling. You can hang the bar in a few seconds and remove it again after training. This makes it ideal for rented flats, small spaces or flexible training setups. After your workout, the pull-up bar can be folded and stored in a space-saving way – perfect if you do not want your home gym to be set up permanently. Using the integrated attachment ring, you can connect resistance bands or suspension trainers. This way you can extend your workout and train the entire upper body – from back and shoulders to arms and core. The combination of pull-up bar and accessories allows hundreds of effective exercises, such as pull-ups, rows, core holds, leg raises, push-ups, band exercises or mobility work. The scope of delivery includes the adjustable pull-up bar for door frames (15–43 cm), rubber end caps for frame protection, a digital training e-book with exercises and tips, an instruction leaflet for safe use and an integrated ring for attaching fitness bands.
