Whether you’re just starting strength training or you’re hooked on Pump classes, this studio bar has everything you need. Its steel tube provides reliable rigidity for precise movements (squats, lunges, rowing, press-ups…), while the Eva foam coating on the grip area makes your workout more comfortable: less pressure on your hands, more grip even when you’re working up a sweat. The 30 mm diameter is the standard for studio weight plates: you can use GladiatorFit plates or the ones you already own. The two included plate collars snap on and off with a single click; you can quickly change the weight between sets without struggling with the equipment. Designed by GladiatorFit in Switzerland, this bar embodies our DNA: quality, dynamism, and accessibility. It fits just as well in a home workout corner as it does in a more complete home gym. You’ll make progress session after session with equipment that’s reliable, simple, and durable. Community tip: Vary your pace (slow/fast), play with your range of motion, and combine it with a step or a mat for full-body workouts just like in a group class. And don’t forget to track your weights: beating your own record—that’s the GladiatorFit spirit.
