The RAM Mounts RAM-B-231ZU is a mount base made of powder-coated aluminium with a zinc-plated bolt. It serves as the foundation for modular RAM Mount systems and fits handlebars with a diameter of 12.7 to 31.75 mm. The base accepts a 1-inch B-size rubber ball, allowing flexible attachment of an arm and head component. The ball-and-socket joint enables flexible orientation of the mounted device and provides vibration dampening. Weighing 127 grams, the base is suited for mobile use on motorcycles or bicycles. It allows secure and versatile mounting of GPS devices, smartphones or other devices on the handlebar. RAM Mounts provides a 24-month guarantee.
