The M6100 range is molded in the same DNA as the SHIMANO XTR, DEORE XT and SLX MTB groupsets, and is fully compatible with its age in order to choose its preferred mounting to match your riding style. SHIMANO DEORE M6100 brakes are available in specific cross-country versions with 2 pistons (BR-M6100) and in trail / enduro versions with 4 pistons (BR-M6120). Both are equipped with a completely redesigned lever (BL-M6100) for a more rigid mounting and thus offer more reactivity and power. The brakes are equipped with the proven SERVO WAVE technology which allows a rapid contact point between pads and discs, increasing the braking power and reducing the stroke of the lever.
