The MXR embodies our aim to share the Mizuno 2000s retro-running experience, building on the globally recognised Wave Rider 10. The name MXR is derived from the Maximizer line, a running range that has been available for years in our domestic market, aimed at delivering Mizuno quality to a broad audience. The MXR is an entry-level silhouette but remains true to Mizuno's essence, showcasing a high level of quality and technicality. Special attention has been given to the new tooling, featuring high levels of detail and multiple rubber components that allow for technical colour blocking. This version uses a combination of authentic materials, including a silver overlay and white air mesh. The shoe features many details, such as eyestay prints, debossed quarters, and custom tapes.
