Street Racket is the new racket sport, developed in Switzerland, that can be played virtually anywhere, anytime, without the need for complex infrastructure. Simply draw a short with the chalk provided, on the playground or parking lot for example, and off you go. But you can also play Street Racket at the beach, in the snow, in a room, in the office corridor - anywhere you like! The Street Racket set consists of 2 wooden rackets (38x20x1.8cm), lacquered in black with logo imprint, with high-quality wooden handles, 2 soft closed-cell foam balls with a very good 70mm bounce, 3 street hoops, instructions for use, all in a black sports bag/backpack with logo and drawstring (for closing and carrying). Street Racket has innumerable positive aspects and offers great potential for tackling current critical issues in our society and improving problem areas: HEALTH: Street Racket provides lasting support for the physical development and health competence of all people, particularly with regard to coordination skills, strength, endurance and flexibility. What's more, Street Racket makes a significant contribution to the fight against overweight, cardiovascular disease and osteoporosis, and ensures lasting mobility even in old age. SIGNIFICANT LEISURE: Street Racket transforms many spaces into lively meeting places, bringing people together through activity. The movement game works directly in front of the house, in the village square or even inside your own home with family and friends. It can be used in short sequences or longer spontaneous sessions, or even in tournaments. The motivation to move regularly with others reduces, among other things, the risk of "going in the wrong direction", consuming large quantities of harmful substances or being inactive. SOCIAL FACTORS: Street Racket involves and teaches many educational and interpersonal aspects such as fair play, group interaction, integration, self-concept or feelings of self-worth and belonging. Street Racket promotes community in a simple way. Anyone can participate, and there are no barriers to entry. -> Street Racket gives everyone the chance to immerse themselves in the fascinating world of racquet sports. -> Street Racket is a highly effective way to save huge healthcare costs resulting from inactivity. -> Street Racket uses existing spaces and infrastructures and is therefore largely free to use and distribute.
