The Primo Plus Glow Lights has been specially designed for young riders who are gaining their first experience on a scooter. Globber's patented Lean-to-Steer steering system promotes balance and coordination in a playful way by allowing the child to steer by shifting their weight. Two large front wheels ensure high stability, while the non-slip deck provides a secure grip. The handlebars are height-adjustable in several stages, allowing them to grow with the child.
