The BR-M6100 caliper carries the DNA of SHIMANO's higher-end ranges to offer broad compatibility with XTR, DEORE XT and SLX groups. Its design allows flexible mounting in front or rear position on Post Mount fittings, making integration on a wide variety of MTB frames easy.
With its 2 pistons and the supplied resin pads, this caliper delivers progressive and modulated braking, suited to cross-country and all mountain riding. It works perfectly with the recommended rotors to ensure effective heat dissipation and consistent response.
The aluminium braking surface and the use of mineral oil ensure good durability and simple maintenance. Resin pads offer an excellent compromise between power and quiet operation while remaining effective in all weather conditions.
Set up for Post Mount installation, the caliper is supplied without hose, leaving the option to fit it according to the desired configuration. The reference EBRM6100MPRX simplifies identification and spare parts compatibility.
