Specifically designed for longer distances on newer and cleaner snow. Great in warm conditions, but also very competitive at lower temperatures. The speed of the waxing iron should be around 8-10 seconds for skating or alpine skiing. The wax can be reheated after cooling to room temperature (10 min.) for better durability. Scrape after waiting for about a minute. It is important to have a good waxing iron to melt the wax effectively.
