With the VirtuFit Strength Station Homegym KH300, you can easily train from home! With this versatile homegym, you perform countless exercises and train your entire body. The high pulley with lat bar can be used for various lat pulldown and pressdown exercises, the low pulley with straight bar is used for, among others, raises, curls, and rowing. The KH300 strength station is also easy to convert into a cable station by attaching the included wrist straps. With these cables, you have almost as many possibilities as with dumbbells. For example, train abs with cable crunches and woodchoppers, cable rows for your back, and cable leg raises and cable hip extensions to train your glutes and legs. The handles are equipped with foam for a comfortable and soft grip during training!

Besides the above possibilities, the KH300 has many more options. This strength station features a butterfly, also called Pec Deck, for pectoral flies. These are also adjustable to a chest press. These exercises are ideal for training your chest muscles. The VirtuFit KH300 also has a leg developer with foam roller for leg extensions. With this exercise, you train your legs and develop nicely muscled thighs.
Strength station with compact design
Thanks to the compact design of the VirtuFit KH300 homegym, it is easy to use in smaller spaces. You perform the exercises on or in front of the homegym, leaving enough space on the sides to place other equipment or perform exercises.
The sturdy frame is made of powder-coated steel, is very durable, and requires little to no maintenance. The total weight stack of the KH300 is 86 kg, divided over 12 blocks of 6.8 kg and one of 4.5 kg. The firm lumbar cushions have a 4 cm foam filling and ensure comfortable training. Both the backrest and seat are adjustable, making the homegym comfortable to use for people from 150 to 200 cm tall. The sturdy steel cables are also tested up to a 1000 kg load.
