Called Terra, it was the first high-volume, low-pressure pump of its type specifically for larger-volume tires. Now, 34 years later, Silca is reintroducing the Terra concept with an exciting new technology that enables it not only to be the world's most refined low-pressure pump, but also to maintain high-pressure capabilities. Thanks to a revolutionary new non-linear gauge scale technology, the Terra pump uses customized internal gauge components to create a gauge that allows 0.5 psi accuracy at the lower end of the range, reaching 2 psi accuracy at the upper end of the range (120 psi). This unique design results in a gauge with an overall capacity of 120 psi, but 50% of the gauge face contains 0-30 psi (0-2.1 bar). Terra retains SILCA's famous all-metal construction with a lathe-turned ash wood handle, but breaks SILCA's traditional mold with a unique lever chuck based on the award-winning design of SILCA's Tattico mini-pump chuck. This all-metal chuck uses a threaded reversible nipple to switch between Presta and Schrader, and contains an in-line pressure release button. Features:
