The Thera-Band is made from high-quality rubber latex, offering elasticity, wear resistance and consistent feel during stretches. Its finish provides comfortable grip and durability suitable for repeated use.
With a length of 550 cm and a width of approx. 12.8 cm, this band allows adjustment of range of motion and resistance depending on the exercise — from mobility work to strengthening exercises for the core and limbs.
The colour code makes choosing the right level easier: the indicated version (red / MEDIUM) is suitable for users seeking intermediate to strong resistance, appropriate for trained individuals or progression in rehabilitation. Other colours in the range allow load adjustment according to the profile (seniors, rehab, athletes).
