The TOGU Sitzball ABS is an air-filled therapy and training ball with an ABS anti-burst system. It has a diameter of 75 cm and a load capacity of 120 kg with guaranteed burst resistance. The Crylon material is odour-neutral, highly (up to 500 kg) and latex-free. The product contains no prohibited plasticisers in accordance with EU Directive 2005/84/EC. The ball strengthens abdominal, back and core muscles through dynamic stability training. Sitting upright and actively on the ball can help prevent or relieve back problems. When seated on the ball, an upright posture is automatically adopted as the pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles are continuously engaged to balance the body. The ball also improves coordination and balance.
