If you train with an Olympic weight bar and weight plates, then of course it's nice if you can easily switch weights. These Tunturi Olympic spring closers are specifically designed for that purpose. By squeezing the weight bar closers you can easily attach them to the bar, and you can just as easily take them off again. The spring collars are firmly wrapped around the bar, so that the weight plates stay in place. Very safe. The spring collars fit on all weight bars with a 50 mm. diameter and are sold as pairs.
