The plates are made from solid cast iron and then covered with a durable rubber layer, providing excellent durability while protecting the floor covering and reducing noise during handling.
Each plate has a weight of 1.25 kg and a hole diameter of 30 mm, making them compatible with most standard bars and aerobic handles. The pair is presented in red for easy load identification.
