The Tunturi GH10 Glute Ham Developer is ideal for exercising the buttocks, calves, lower back, abdomen and hamstrings. There are a number of exercises you can do. Try putting your hips on the pillow and fix your feet using the footrests. Then start doing glute ham raises, hip extensions or back extensions. Or place your buttocks on the pillow and do some intensive sit-ups. The space between the cushion and the base is adjustable, so you can adopt the right posture for each exercise. Would you like to intensify an exercise? Then use resistance bands and attach them to the special pins.
