INSTRUCTIONS
At least 6 hours before departure, lay the cooling blocks flat in the freezer.
Before you start riding, place the cooling packs in the pockets of the cycling vest. Place 3 small cooling packs in the lower back pockets and under the arms. Place 1 larger cooling pack in the upper back pocket.
Change the cooling packs while you ride if you want (additional cooling packs sold separately)

Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle with similar colours. Hang to dry.
Do not bleach. Do not iron.
