On long walks or hikes, it is always useful to bring the right poles along. These walking poles are designed to help you maintain your balance, provide extra support when climbing, and distribute the effort between your arms and legs.
The trekking poles are made of lightweight, durable aluminum with an internal shock-absorbing system (anti-shock) to minimize the strain on the joints.
It is important that the poles are the correct length, and these poles are therefore telescopically adjustable from 63 to 135 cm. For optimal support, the forearm of the arm holding the pole should form a right angle with your body.
Furthermore, the walking poles feature anatomically shaped rubber handles with an adjustable wrist strap, essential for proper support and extra propulsion. The steel tip is extra sturdy and can handle any rock.
