The Asics Novablast 5 TR Women is a versatile running shoe designed for runners who switch between road, gravel paths and light trails. It combines explosive responsiveness, premium comfort and enhanced grip, making it ideal for everyday mixed-terrain running.
Dynamic cushioning and high energy return
Featuring FF BLAST™ MAX foam, it delivers exceptional energy return and a responsive, spring-like ride. The midsole geometry promotes a good rocking motion for smooth and efficient forward propulsion.
TR outsole for road and trail versatility
The TR version includes a multi-directional lug outsole designed for improved traction on mixed terrain, while remaining smooth, quiet and comfortable on asphalt.
Stability and secure fit
A slightly wider platform enhances lateral stability. The engineered mesh upper wraps the foot with breathability and support. The Wing-Fit system helps secure the midfoot and prevents internal foot movement.
Comfort and cushion
The OrthoLite™ X-55 insole provides lasting comfort, while the durable AHAR™ rubber outsole improves abrasion resistance. Over 75% of the upper is made from recycled materials.
