Caring for your Pilates resistance band
To keep your band in good condition for longer: - Gently clean it with a damp cloth and lukewarm water after each use. - Apply a little talcum powder from time to time to preserve its properties. - Store it in a cool, dark place, ideally at a temperature below 30 °C. - Avoid leaving it in your car: temperature fluctuations could damage it.
