Its structure can withstand 500kg of pressure in accordance with standard EN ISO 20957 Class S, yet it remains surprisingly easy to move. Once adjusted, it won’t budge a millimetre, even under your heaviest loads. Its injected polyurethane foam ensures optimum comfort and makes it easy to clean on a daily basis.
14 positions to mix things up
With 14 adjustment positions, this bench offers a wide range of exercise options. The backrest is available in 7 different angles (0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 70°, 80°) to target each muscle group with precision: from the flat bench press to the shoulder press in an almost vertical position. The seat offers two settings – 0° and 15° – to help you maintain a stable posture as you move. Switch from incline chest fly to pull-over in seconds with a quick, intuitive adjustment system.
A bench that’s easy to move?
We put this bench through rigorous testing against three competitors on the market. 25 testers performed a series of 3-metre movements forwards, backwards and in a slalom pattern, all whilst fatigued following a series of weight training exercises. Its secret: lift it by the built-in handle and it rolls away on its castors. In no time at all, you can easily and effortlessly reposition it exactly where you need it.
