8.1" honeycomb tyres
The E2E II uses 8.1-inch "Hollow" tyres. This honeycomb structure mimics the cushioning of a pneumatic tyre whilst offering the durability of a solid tyre. There are two advantages: you benefit from mechanical shock absorption over minor bumps in urban areas without ever having to worry about punctures. This is the ideal choice for users who want a low-maintenance option and who ride on smooth tarmac surfaces.
Weight and Portability
Weighing in at a mere 14.2 kg and featuring a quick folding system, this scooter is designed for urban mobility. It’s easy to carry up and down stairs, on the underground or in the boot of a small car. Its lightness does not make it less sturdy because the chassis is designed to withstand the rigours of everyday use while remaining very manoeuvrable. It is one of the most user-friendly models in the current Segway-Ninebot range.
Wide-screen LED display
The E2E II stands out thanks to its ultra-wide 2.8-inch LED display, designed with a 25-degree viewing angle for optimal readability when riding. Unlike standard small displays, this one allows you to instantly check your speed, battery level and driving mode (Eco, Drive, Sport) at a glance without taking your eyes off the road, which significantly improves safety for the driver in urban areas.
Braking system
Safety is ensured by an effective combination of: a drum brake at the front and an electronic regenerative brake at the rear. The drum brake is particularly well suited to urban use as it is protected from dirt and requires very little adjustment. The rear electronic brake helps you slow down smoothly while recovering energy to charge the battery such that you stop gradually without losing balance, even on wet roads.
Optimised Motor
The motor delivers a rated power output of 250W, which can reach up to 450W at peak. Although less powerful than the F series, this power output is perfectly suited to riding in flat, urban areas. It allows you to quickly reach a speed of 20 km/h and climb gradients of up to 12%. The torque is delivered smoothly to prevent jerky movements when pulling away, ensuring a smooth and predictable ride.
Waterproof rating IPX4 / IPX6
Designed to be resistant to the weather conditions, the overall structure is IPX4-rated, protecting it against water splashes (light rain, puddles). The critical components, including the battery pack, feature enhanced IPX6 protection. This ensures greater durability in damp conditions and means you can ride with peace of mind, even if the weather changes suddenly during your daily commute.
Visibility and Lighting
To keep you safe while you ride, it is fitted with a high-intensity 2.1W LED headlight, a rear light with a brake light function, and E-MARK-certified reflectors on the sides. A major new feature is the inclusion of front and rear indicators, so that you can indicate your changes of direction without letting go of the handlebars. This 360-degree visibility is essential for being seen by motorists in the flow of traffic.
Battery and BMS Management
The 220 Wh battery is managed by the smart BMS (Battery Management System). This system continuously monitors temperature, load and short circuits to extend the lifespan of the cells. It has a range of 20 km, making it ideal for "last-mile" journeys or short urban trips. The electronic management prevents deep discharging so that the battery remains in good condition even after numerous cycles.
