When will I need to use this part?
You notice that a post holding the net is damaged. Check to see if it's the upper part that needs replacing. If it is, you can repair it with this part. For all other issues, you should know that our equipment is repairable in most cases. Find all of our spare parts on the Decathlon website. We guarantee that our spare parts will be available for 10 years from the date on which you purchase a new product so that you can repair or resell your equipment.
How to maintain your product to ensure it lasts
To stop anything going wrong, it's important to service and maintain your equipment. Regularly check that the parts you've assembled are well tightened and that all parts of your equipment are correctly attached. In winter, we recommend that you remove the net, the jumping bed and the protective foam, and store them indoors in a warm, dry place. Clean and fold down the posts, and put a cover over everything to keep out the worst of the weather.
How can you stop the posts getting bent?
Remember that there should be no more than one person on the trampoline at a time. Please also remember to check the weight and use restrictions. It is also important that your trampoline is correctly tied to the ground using our anchoring or weighting kit, which will stop it from tipping over. However, even these precautions cannot be sure to hold the trampoline down in bad weather. In this case, it is essential to dismantle the posts to reduce the likelihood of it getting caught by the wind.
