This weight training rack is truly revolutionary. Never have we seen a rack so compact and so easy to handle. Its patented "push & fold" system allows you to open and close it in under 2 seconds at the push of a button. Its height adjusts with the same ease. Just 45 cm when folded, you can slide it on its wheels into a corner of the room as soon as you're done with it!

Is this rack safe to use?
Ultra-reinforced at the base and pegs, this rack provides excellent stability and keeps from tipping in case of an imbalance, such as when half of the weight is removed from one side. To comply with EU standards and Decathlon safety standards, we tested it: - up to 300 kg without breakage - on a slope of up to 10% without tipping Each peg is connected to the other to prevent trouble with re-racking.
Is this fold-down rack truly for all sizes?
Just like with all products we design, the key word for the design of this rack has been flexibility. - The height adjusts to adapts to all body types up to 1.95 m. - The maximum bar height is 160 cm. For shorter heights, or for decline bench presses, we have adapted a safety rest that allows you to go from 90 cm to 75 cm.
How does this fold-down rack allow you to effectively build muscle?
Whether your goal is to gain strength or to do physical preparation for your sport, you need this fold-down rack. You can do a variety of exercises with its safety bar rests. Bench press, incline press, decline press, squats, and military press can all be spiced up with whatever loads you like up to 120 kg - enough to see some real progress!
What is the maximum load on the rack?
This rack has been tested and approved for a maximum weight of 120 kg.
Can you store accessories on the rack?
Optimise the storage of your weight training accessories by making use of the barbell storage space on this rack. Storage is available for 28 and 50 mm barbells using the adaptor.

Can you use the rack outdoors?
Why deprive yourself of an outdoor weight training session when you can have a rack that both folds down and is easy to move on its wheels? Just remember to bring it back in at the end of your workout. But this isn't even an issue, since the rack folds down in 2 seconds and can be brought back indoors just as quickly.
