Exercise without movement The Tunturi Cardio Fit Vibration Plate V10 has many benefits for the body. It is good for burning fat and building muscle, and it also improves bone density and circulation. The principle is very simple: vibrations bring you out of balance, causing your body to tighten muscles in order to maintain your balance. So actually you are exercising without having to move. With a vibration plate you can also intensify exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups and core exercises for improved results. In addition, you can use the vibration plate for relaxation after a normal workout. The V10 has a removable chair that you can use for neck, shoulders, back, core and thigh exercises. Oscillation The Tunturi V10 uses oscillation for training. This is a rocking movement that puts your body off balance, which results in your muscles having to do their best to keep the body in balance. The vertebrae in the back are spared by the minimal pressure as a result of oscillation. This is in contrast to vibration, in which vibrations only go up and down and put a greater load on the vertebrae and joints.
