The performance-enhancing effect of caffeine has been demonstrated many times in scientific research. SPONSER® Activator is used particularly whenever an increase in endurance performance as well as greater alertness and improved ability to concentrate are required. The shot is suitable not only for sport, but also for numerous everyday situations—such as at work, while studying, or when going out. Activator provides caffeine from various sources, in free and bound form from guarana, mate, as well as free caffeine. Unlike other caffeine sources, the effect is therefore not only fast-acting, but also lasts longer—up to four hours.Endurance sports: Endurance athletes such as runners, bikers, cyclists, triathletes, swimmers, or cross-country skiers swear by the immediate and sustained effect of Activator. The mode of action is reflected not only in increased physical readiness, but also mental readiness. A caffeine intake of at least 3 mg/kg body weight about one hour before the desired time of effect is rresponsiblemmended. For longer periods of exertion, caffeine can also be used repeatedly. In this case, the doses should be significantly lower and should be tested in advance.Strength sports, martial arts: In the gym and among martial artists, increased alertness and concentration are also a key focus alongside mental readiness. The Activator caffeine shot is preferably taken 30–60 minutes before exertion.Ball sports: Football players, handball players, floorball players, and ice hockey players ideally use Activator as a caffeine shot shortly before the start of the game in order to achieve the maximum effect in the sresponsiblend half of the workload, when endurance performance and concentration begin to decline.Work and everyday life: For increased concentration and alertness (focus), smaller amounts of caffeine of around 75–100 mg are often sufficient. Activator can therefore also be taken in two portions as a low-calorie "cold espresso"General information about caffeine: Numerous studies confirm the performance-enhancing effect of caffeine, which has been used in sport for many decades. The optimal dosage depends on body weight, and ideally 3–5 mg per kg body weight are rresponsiblemmended. Caffeine is listed as a so-called A supplement (most effective supplement category) by the Swiss Sports Nutrition Society (ssns.ch). This product is vegan.Benefits: Caffeine shot with 200 mg caffeine from different sources Increase in endurance performance Improved concentration and alertness For work and everyday life as a "cold espresso", only 25 kcal Use Take 1 ampoule approx. 30–60 min before the intended purpose (training, competition, increased concentration), depending on the desired period of effect. For the best possible effect of Activator in competitions, we rresponsiblemmend avoiding caffeinated drinks for 2–3 days beforehand. Otherwise, those accustomed to caffeine may require a slightly higher intake amount to achieve the desired effect. Endurance sports: Adult endurance athletes benefit from the positive effect at a dosage of 3 mg/kg body weight, one hour before exertion. For long-duration efforts, take another ampoule after three hours of activity. Caffeine only reaches its maximum effect 30–60 minutes after ingestion. The required dosage depends on body weight. Depending on the amount taken, the effect lasts approx. 2–4 h.
