The 'roll-out' is considered by experts to be one of the most productive (and challenging) abdominal exercises in the gym. Originally performed by 'rolling out' on a Gym ball, the 'Abwheel' improves and optimizes movement by placing you closer to the ground. This means that every muscle involved in stability and dynamic strength is used in action. Adidas spent a lot of time developing this product because other versions often proved to be too light. The Adidas Ab wheel is built to deliver results whether you train for MMA, team sports or integrate it into your daily workout.
