The adidas Utility Bench provides an ideal foundation for versatile and effective strength training in your home gym. Whether you are performing bench presses, incline exercises, shoulder workouts or isolated muscle exercises, this robust training bench offers excellent conditions for both beginners and advanced strength athletes. With its numerous adjustment options for the backrest and seat, the bench can be flexibly adapted to different exercises and training goals.
Flexible adjustment options for varied workouts
The adidas Utility Bench features a backrest that can be adjusted to eight different positions, allowing you to perform flat, incline and decline bench exercises. The seat can also be adjusted to three angles (0°, 15° and 30°) to ensure an ergonomic training position at all times.
This makes the weight bench ideal for a wide range of strength exercises such as bench presses, shoulder presses, dumbbell training, flys, rows and many other upper-body exercises.
Comfort and stability during every workout
The generous 5.5 cm thick foam padding provides excellent training comfort and supports a stable body position, even during intensive workouts. Adjustable knee and foot rollers provide additional support during decline exercises and demanding strength workouts.
The robust steel frame with durable powder coating ensures excellent stability and long-lasting durability. With a maximum load capacity of 300 kg, the Utility Bench is also suitable for demanding strength athletes and regular intensive training.
Robust construction for long-term training goals
The freestanding design provides a secure and stable base during training. If required, the bench can also be anchored to the floor for additional stability. The durable upholstery covers are designed for long-lasting use and can be easily cleaned after training.
Thanks to the integrated carry handle, the weight bench can be conveniently repositioned within the training area whenever required.
