Nordic walking is a perfect way to activate your entire body, and the right poles are an essential component. Nordic walking poles ensure that a high return is achieved with a relatively low level of effort. These aluminum walking poles are designed to combine all the important elements of Nordic walking poles.
It is important that the walking poles are the correct length to provide optimal support and stability. Therefore, the Nordic Walking poles are 2-piece and adjustable from 86 to 140 cm, allowing you to easily adjust the poles to your own height. The trekking poles are made of lightweight, durable aluminum with a rotation lock so you can easily adjust them to the desired length.
The handles are anatomically shaped and made of rubber for an extra comfortable grip. The padded, adjustable neoprene wrist straps with Velcro are indispensable while walking; thanks to these straps, you can let go of the poles and grab them again without them falling. The tip of the pole provides a good grip, allowing you to push yourself forward. The interchangeable tips ensure slip resistance and grip on harder surfaces.
