The boxing bag consists of three compartments: an outer bag, a thick central water compartment and an air compartment. The filling of water and air absorbs your punches and ensures the feeling of a lifelike training experience. Training with an aqua boxing bag is also better for the joints around your wrists, elbows, shoulders and knees, especially compared to regular boxing bags, which have lesser absorbing capacities.

Firm and stable The aqua boxing bag is easy to fill and empty. With the included air pump, you determine how firm the boxing bag and thus your training will be. The water is evenly distributed inside the bag, making it equally firm. It also guarantees a stable hanging position when you are kicking or punching. The strong four-point chain and metal D-ring can be used to safely attach the boxing bag to your ceiling. The 100 cm version is mainly used for punching; the boxing bag is also available in a 150 cm version for kicking and punching.
