Dominate XC/Trail courses.
Sold and shipped by Sports LAB
The Maxxis Aspen tire is a benchmark in the world of competitive Cross-Country (XC), designed for speed and performance on dry to slightly loose terrain.
⚡ Maximum Speed: The tread pattern features low, widely spaced center knobs that minimize rolling resistance, allowing for explosive acceleration and a high top speed.
📐 WT (Wide Trail) Profile: Designed to be optimized for wide rims (30-35 mm internal width). The 2.40 profile offers a large air volume for increased comfort, traction, and cornering stability, while remaining lightweight.
MaxxSpeed Compound: This rubber compound is Maxxis' fastest formula for XC. It offers adequate grip while prioritizing very low rolling resistance and good durability.
🛡️ EXO Protection: EXO Protection sidewall reinforcement is a highly cut- and abrasion-resistant material added to the tire sidewalls. It improves durability and reliability without excessively increasing weight.
🛠️ 120 TPI & Tubeless Ready: The 120 threads per inch (TPI) casing makes it supple and lightweight, allowing the tire to better conform to the terrain for improved grip. Tubeless Ready (TR) technology facilitates tubeless mounting for lower pressures and helps prevent pinch flats.
