The Gymba anti-fatigue balance board: time to stand The Gymba standing-desk balance board is made of composite material. Its underside is covered with needle felt, ensuring the board won’t slide or slip. Responding to the user’s body weight and movements, the board creates an even load on the joints, engages all muscles and promotes a healthy posture. Thanks to the board’s patented cross flexibility, you can ‘walk’ while working at your desk, flexing your leg, ankle and feet muscles. It can also be turned over, with the felt side facing up, and you can even treat your feet to a massage! Just place the two massage balls on the board and enjoy their soothing effect. The massage balls can be used when wearing shoes, but the effect is obviously better if used without footwear.
