The Selle Italia BAR PAD is an accessory designed to improve rider comfort by absorbing vibrations and shocks transmitted from the road to the handlebars. It is particularly useful for long rides or rough terrain.
Here are the main features of the BAR PAD:
Vibration absorption: Thanks to its construction using a combination of materials (gel, Lycra, and PU foam), it effectively absorbs vibrations, thus reducing hand and wrist fatigue. Improved comfort: It offers added comfort by dampening shocks, allowing for better bike control and a more enjoyable ride. Lightweight and discreet: Weighing approximately 40 grams, it adds minimal weight to the bike and integrates discreetly under the handlebar tape. Easy to install: It easily attaches to the handlebars, under the tape, and fits most road bike handlebars. Shock absorber kit: It is generally sold with Selle Italia brand handlebar tape.
