The BASIC 2.0 carrier features a robust construction designed as a durable basic accessory. It is fully compatible with the SNAPIT 2.0 system and includes a mounting plate for a rear light, ensuring a simple and secure fit on most city bike frames.
Available in five sizes (20", 24", 26", 28" and 29"), the BASIC 2.0 covers a wide range of wheel diameters. For the 26", 28" and 29" models, the TOUR version offers a second upper rail, ideal for carrying more luggage or mounting panniers.
Designed for daily urban use, the BASIC 2.0 supports a maximum load of 25 kg while remaining lightweight (878 g including the spring flap). This combination ensures stability and manoeuvrability even with a substantial load.
The carrier uses a 14 mm diameter tube providing good stiffness and compatibility with standard mounting points. The 29" versions are also offered optionally in Boost to accommodate wide rear ends and allow installation of SNAPIT 2.0 carriers.
Specifically designed for the city bike, the BASIC 2.0 is unisex. Its design allows installation of panniers and accessories for daily commutes and short urban tours.
