The HIT N MOVE All Day Pro Balance Lace Up are the laced version of the All Day Pro Balance boxing glove, built for fighters who demand the tightest possible wrist support in training and competition. A velcro strap pulls the glove tight from one direction only. Laces pull from every direction simultaneously — from the palm, the sides and the wrist — producing a uniform 360° lockdown with no residual gap between hand and leather. This is why professional boxers in competition use lace-up gloves, not velcro. The internal construction is identical to the hook and loop version: 100% cowhide leather, DR-T multi-layer padding (2-in-1 for bag and sparring), curved anatomical grip bar and proprietary ALL DAY® moisture-wicking technology. The DR-T system distributes padding mass using the dart principle — concentrated toward the rear of the glove to accelerate the fist forward. Available in 12, 14 and 16 oz, they cover bag work, mitts and sparring without switching gloves. Full sparring potential is reached after 20 to 30 break-in rounds on the heavy bag. Designed in the USA and handcrafted by artisans selected by HIT N MOVE, the Pro Balance Lace Up are directed at boxers who treat lacing up as an integral part of their training ritual — the moment of full commitment to the session. Available in Black and White/Black, they are distributed in Switzerland by CombatCorner, official distributor of the brand. A velcro strap pulls the glove tight from one direction only. Laces pull simultaneously from the palm, the sides and the wrist, producing a uniform 360° lockdown around the hand. This additional support reduces wrist micro-movements on impact, improves fist alignment and delivers a direct connection between hand and glove. That is why professional boxers in competition use lace-up gloves exclusively. Are the Pro Balance Lace Up identical inside to the hook and loop version? Yes. The internal construction is strictly identical: the same 100% cowhide leather, the same DR-T multi-layer padding, the same curved anatomical grip bar, the same ALL DAY® moisture-wicking system. The only difference is the closure. Laces deliver a level of fit personalisation and lockdown that velcro cannot replicate. Do you need help to lace up boxing gloves? Yes, in most cases. Lace-up gloves require a trainer or training partner to lace and unlace them. This is a deliberate trade-off: lacing up marks the start of the session and creates a physical and mental commitment to the workout. For fully solo sessions where trainer access is not guaranteed, the hook and loop version of the Pro Balance is more practical. Are the Pro Balance Lace Up sparring-ready from day one? No. Like the hook and loop version, the Pro Balance Lace Up require 20 to 30 break-in rounds on the heavy bag before being used in sparring. This break-in allows the DR-T padding to mould to the shape of the hand and reach its optimal protection level for the training partner. After break-in, they work as a genuine 2-in-1 with no glove change between bag and sparring. What size should I choose for the Pro Balance Lace Up? 12 oz are suited to intensive bag work and mitt sessions. 14 oz are recommended for technical sparring for fighters between 60 and 80 kg. 16 oz suit heavier weight categories or sparring focused on partner protection. The more precise fit of laces makes each size slightly more enveloping than its hook and loop equivalent. Where to buy HIT N MO
