The Centr Perform Series Rower was designed for athletes and training facilities where intensive and regular training is required. This high-quality rowing machine combines a robust commercial-grade frame with air resistance and 10 adjustable resistance levels. This allows the workout to be precisely adapted to performance, pace and training goals – ideal for use at home, in a home gym or in a professional training facility.
Direct Response and Clear Training Data
The air resistance system provides a smooth and direct rowing motion. The machine responds immediately to the intensity of each stroke, making it ideal for steady-state cardio, interval training, HIIT and conditioning workouts.
The illuminated LCD console displays important training data in real time, including strokes per minute, time, watts, calories and distance. Additional metrics support precise workout control.
Robust Construction and High Comfort
The solid construction is designed for intensive and regular use. With a maximum user weight of 160 kg, the rower provides excellent stability. The ergonomically shaped, thickly padded seat with PU foam ensures high comfort, even during longer workouts.
High-quality bearings and a robust pull chain ensure a smooth and controlled rowing motion. Bluetooth heart rate transmission and an integrated phone holder complete the equipment.
Versatile Full-Body Training
The air resistance system responds directly to the power generated by the user: the more powerful the stroke, the greater the resistance. The 10 resistance levels allow the workout to be individually adapted to different fitness levels and training goals.
The Centr Perform Series Rower is suitable for endurance training as well as intensive intervals, HIIT and functional full-body workouts.
Training with Centr Coach
The package includes 30 days of guided training with Centr Coach. This provides additional structured and varied workouts for different training goals.
