Double snaffle bits for horses BR Equitation Chantilly
Discover the BR Equitation Chantilly double snaffle bit for horses, promoting salivation and offering gentle, even pressure.
Sold and shipped by Sport & Go
This double snaffle bit features a spiral-shaped stainless steel roller in the middle of the canon. This roller encourages your horse to play with them and this ensures higher tongue activity. As a result, your horse produces more saliva, which ensures better bit acceptance and a relaxed feeling. Product features: Sweet Iron bits are made of blue steel and release a sweet-tasting surface rust on contact with saliva. This sweet taste stimulates salivation, causing the horse to foam more in the mouth and better accept the bit. The anatomical design follows the shape of the horse's mouth, creating a gentle, even pressure distribution. The canon bit is in three parts. The central part of the canon lies flat on the tongue. This creates more pressure on the tongue than with a single curb bit. The thicker the central part, the greater the pressure on the tongue. An olive bit has rings that cannot rotate freely, so helpers have a more direct action. This type of bit is generally well accepted, as the canon is relatively fixed in the mouth. Maintenance: If a soft iron bit is not used for some time, a layer of orange-brown rust may form on the canon. This can be easily removed by wiping the bit with a damp cloth.
