The Beal Rando 8 mm 30 m is specially developed for trekking, snowfield crossings, and glacier routes. Its lightness and compactness make it easy to carry on long or technical outings where weight and bulk are critical.
With a sheath representing 40% of the diameter, this rope offers a good compromise between abrasion resistance and flexibility. In double rope configuration, it has a shock force of 8.5 kN and withstands up to 12 falls according to standards, ensuring safety suitable for alpine use.
The rope measures 30 m long with a diameter of 8 mm and weighs 37 g per meter, ideal for lightweight carrying. It is available in several length variants while maintaining its technical performance.
