The Race Face ERA handlebar is a high-end carbon fiber mountain bike handlebar designed to offer an optimal balance between stiffness and compliance, thus reducing hand and arm fatigue. It is particularly well-suited for Trail, All-Mountain, and Enduro riding, including use with electric mountain bikes (eMTBs).

UD Carbon Material: Made from nearly 100 layers of hand-laid carbon fiber bonded with a cured epoxy resin. This specific construction offers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, making it one of the strongest and lightest handlebars on the market.
GL Tune (Goldilocks Tune): Race Face has meticulously researched and developed a GL Tune for the ERA handlebar, which represents the ideal balance between stiffness and compliance. This provides vibration damping without sacrificing steering precision, offering increased comfort on rough terrain and reducing arm pump.
Various sizes: Available in several widths (760mm, 780mm, 800mm) and different rises (10mm, 20mm, 40mm, and even 55mm for some versions). This variety allows riders to choose the size best suited to their body type and preferences, without needing to cut the handlebar, thus preserving its original flexibility. Optimized geometry: It typically features an 8° backsweep and a 5° upsweep, angles considered neutral and comfortable for most riders. The stem clamp area has been refined to allow for faster taper and rise, contributing to the "GL Tune."
Compatibility: 35mm clamp diameter. The maximum stem clamp width is 60mm (not compatible with wider Direct Mount stems).
